12 Week Challenge

Challenges generally run for 12 weeks, twice a year. They are a great way to learn more about a healthy lifestyle and improve overall wellbeing.
Challenges are designed to create a sense of community amongst participants on their fitness or weight loss journeys. They consist of full access to group training sessions, meal plans/guides and recipes by Dietician, private Facebook groups, nutrition information, weekly challenges, prizes and home workouts.


All challenges collaborate with local businesses, including Physiotherapists, Dieticians and Beauticians. If you would like to get on board as a local business sponsor, please contact Serinah.
