Group Exercise & PT
In 2016 it was Serinah's initiative to make exercise enjoyable and accessible to women within the Coolamon Shire. Her mission was to empower women. It has since expanded to provide health and fitness services to men and children.
EVERY group session is different and includes a variety of training methods. These include cardio, boxing, strength, HIIT, equipment & bodyweight. We pride ourselves on creating sessions which are fun and effective in a safe and supportive environment.
What sets us apart? The Maddox Group Exercise sessions foster a sense of community where everyone's goals and achievements are challenged and celebrated together.
Group sessions are designed to cater for all ages, fitness levels and abilities. The Trainers will modify exercises to suit all participants.

Pre & Post Natal training
Health, fitness and weight loss 12 week challenges.
Group bookings for football teams or schools.
